1. Introduction
Surgelit LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Children's Privacy Policy applies specifically to our mobile applications that are designed for or directed at children, including but not limited to Lit Antistress Toys (collectively, the "Kids Apps").
This policy is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in the United States, and other applicable children's privacy laws and regulations worldwide. We encourage parents and guardians to read this policy carefully.
2. Apps Covered by This Policy
This Children's Privacy Policy applies to the following apps:
- Lit Antistress Toys (com.surgelit.litantistresstoys) — A casual stress-relief toy simulation game designed for children ages 3 and up.
For our apps that are not directed at children (such as Lit Blocks Puzzle and Lit Mahjong Puzzle), please refer to our general Privacy Policy.

We designed our Kids Apps to minimize data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, including:
- Names, email addresses, or physical addresses
- Phone numbers
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Precise geolocation data
- Social media account information
3.1 Information Collected Automatically
Our Kids Apps may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical information solely for the purpose of supporting the internal operations of the app:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and screen resolution — used to ensure the app functions properly on the device.
- App Usage Data: Session duration and interaction events (e.g., which toys were played with) — used to improve app quality and fix bugs.
- Crash Reports: Technical error logs — used to identify and resolve app crashes.
This data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify any individual child.
3.2 Advertising Identifiers
Our Kids Apps may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. In compliance with COPPA and Google's Families Policy:
- All ads served in our Kids Apps are non-personalized. We do not use behavioral targeting, interest-based advertising, or remarketing for child users.
- The Google Advertising ID is not used for profiling, tracking, or building interest categories for children.
- All ad content displayed in our Kids Apps is reviewed and certified as child-appropriate by Google's ad network.
4. How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used exclusively for:
- Supporting the internal operations of the app (performance monitoring, bug fixing, crash reporting)
- Displaying age-appropriate, non-personalized advertisements
- Improving the quality and user experience of our Kids Apps
We do not use any information collected from children for marketing purposes, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the internal operation of the app.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Kids Apps use the following third-party services, all of which are configured to comply with COPPA requirements:
- Google AdMob — Ad serving (non-personalized ads only, certified for child-directed content). Google Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics. Firebase Privacy
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
These services are configured with child-directed treatment flags enabled (COPPA tag / TFCD = true), ensuring they handle data in compliance with children's privacy laws.
We do not integrate social media SDKs, behavioral analytics tools, or any third-party services that track or profile children in our Kids Apps.
6. Advertising in Kids Apps
Our Kids Apps display advertisements to support free access. All advertising in our Kids Apps follows these strict rules:

- No ads encourage children to make purchases or leave the app
- Ads are clearly distinguishable from game content
- No rewarded ads require children to watch ads to access core gameplay features
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

8. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected technical data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (typically no longer than 12 months). Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify any individual may be retained for longer periods for analytics purposes.
9. Parental Rights

- Review any personal information we may have collected from your child
- Request deletion of any personal information we may have collected from your child

10. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited information collected through our Kids Apps. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
