By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application ("App") published by Surgelit LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. Use of Our Apps

Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps
• Use our Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Apps
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, user interface, visual interface, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and code in our Apps are owned by or licensed to Surgelit LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Apps without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Apps may allow you to sign in using third-party accounts (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. All in-app purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Virtual items and currencies purchased within the Apps have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Advertising

Our Apps display third-party advertisements. By using our Apps, you agree that we may display ads, including personalized ads based on your interests where permitted. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not endorsed by Surgelit LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Surgelit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Surgelit LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Apps or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
